These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites crobertsongroup.com and crghostmaster.com (together, the "Sites"), operated by C Robertson Group LLC, doing business as CRG Hostmaster ("we," "us," or "our").     C Robertson Group LLC provides AI consulting, voice AI implementation, marketing, and automation services for small business owners, and offers the CRG Hostmaster software platform. The Sites are used to share information about our services, allow you to contact us, and facilitate inquiries and bookings. Specific services, software subscriptions, deliverables, fees, and timelines are governed by separate written agreements between you and us.

    2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use the Sites. By using the Sites, you represent that you meet these requirements.

    You agree to use the Sites only for lawful purposes. You may not:

    • Use the Sites in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

    Access to the CRG Hostmaster platform or other client portals may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Platform subscriptions, features, and fees are governed by your separate subscription or service agreement with us.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All content on the Sites — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the C Robertson Group and CRG Hostmaster names and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

    6. Communications, Submissions, and Text Messaging

    When you contact us or submit information through the Sites, you grant us permission to use that information to respond to and serve you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential or proprietary information you do not want us to use for these purposes. Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

    By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text (SMS) messages from us, which may include appointment reminders, service updates, and — where you have separately consented — marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

    Our services involve marketing, automation, and AI tools. While we work to deliver strong outcomes, we do not guarantee any specific result, revenue, ranking, lead volume, or business outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, execution, and effort. Any examples or case studies shown on the Sites are illustrative and not a promise of similar results.

    9. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Sites and their content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

    12. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.

    We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Sites after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
